HAHA Yes familiar with the "Man's Flu" is that the one where nobody has ever had the flu that bad before and they are the sickest person in all history, lol. Well to be honest nothing bar leaving them to sleep it off will really noticeably work. But if you are super keen I find a clear soup with plenty of garlic and chilli, maybe some noodles for a bit of grunt and so they won't look at you like you are mad, hehe. Along with the norm, plenty of water and some essential oil to inhale (I like to burn it in oil burners in the sick persons room, rub it on feet and cover with socks and also splash a bit around in the shower recess and have a hot shower. Good luck with your patient ;)
A lover of all things beautiful, a musician by training. Grew up in 5 countries. 14 countries and many cities later: the travel bugs are still replicating. Perhaps it's the result of my obsession with reading the ingredients list of everything! :)

Have you tried taking olive leaf? It's great for the immune system, you can take it every day to keep your immune system strong.
